1) Introduction
Welcome to Contrato, a PropTech SaaS real estate platform designed to connect developers, brokerage and marketing companies, and end-users within a unified digital ecosystem for real estate discovery, communication, and transaction facilitation.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any related policies.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2) Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
- “Platform” refers to Contrato, including its website, applications, and management systems.
- “User” means any individual or entity using the Platform.
- “Real Estate Companies” refers to developers, brokers, and marketing agencies.
- “Services” means all digital services provided through the Platform.
3) Eligibility

Contrato acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not:
- Own or sell listed properties
- Guarantee accuracy of third-party listings
- Participate in agreements between users
8) Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If paid services are introduced:
- Pricing will be clearly displayed prior to payment
- Subscriptions may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Prices may be updated with prior notice
9) Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain the exclusive property of Contrato, including:

- Design and interface
- Trademarks and branding
- Platform-owned content
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10) Termination
Contrato reserves the right to:

11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
